15因为神的旨意原是要你们行善，可以堵住那糊涂无知人的口。

17务要尊敬众人。亲爱教中的弟兄。敬畏神。尊敬君王。
18你们作仆人的，凡事要存敬畏的心顺服主人。不但顺服那善良温和的，就是那乖僻的也要顺服。
19倘若人为叫良心对得住神，就忍受冤屈的苦楚，这是可喜爱的。
20你们若因犯罪受责打，能忍耐，有什么可夸的呢？但你们若因行善受苦，能忍耐，这在神看是可喜爱的。
21你们蒙召原是为此。因基督也为你们受过苦，给你们留下榜样，叫你们跟随他的脚踪行。

关键是2：13句的解释，任牧师解释为，信徒要顺服通过/借着主，或者说是在上的君王所设立（创造）的所有人。即教会的权柄。

Submit yourself to every man that was created through the Lord, or the king as Supreme.

G935 就是KING，G1535是WHETHER，或OR

The KJV translates Strong's G1535 in the following manner: or (33x), whether (28x), or whether (3x), if (1x).

商榷：但是，CREATION是名词，而非被动词做定语。中文译作是“制度”，INSTITITON 或ORDINANCE。人的制度，也就是“人设”：HUMAN CREATION。即：

Submit yourself to every human creation through the Lord, or the king as Supreme.

G2937，也译作creature.

如果看作human creature，可以译为：

Submit yourself to every human creature through the Lord, or the king as Supreme.

这和任牧师的意思相同。但是似乎HUMAN CREATURE（ἀνθρωπίνῃ κτίσει）这种用法在希腊文中是否成立。查询发现，仍是译作human institution。
