 The S&P 500 rallied today hitting the high of 2088.96 as prices retest our prior important resistance range of 2090. We have stated that prices need to break over this 2100 for confirmation of a more extended target price but we are still concerned of the momentum of this overall market. We are seeing prices going through a consolidating type of trading range and it is imperative that prices accelerate to the upside with strength past the 2100 range for any advance toward the 2180 level. We had stated in our commentary that we are still very concerned of the overall market environment and we stand by that statement but as we have tried to stress we are still in a bullish marketplace but we believe we are seeing signs of deterioration of the longer-term trend. We still stand by that and emphasize that we are still losing momentum to the upside and we believe these moves are running out of strength.
