meant "revision". I agree with you that the game they play is getting kind of boring. They give us a rosier number first and then 3 month later they revise it when the sting is much less sharp. The problem is, if they keep playing the same game, many people would not trust their numbers any more. That can damage confidence, the key foundation of the entire system.
