Ideology and race

China is Communism and assumed American enemy, a threat to U. S.
Israel is American ally.
India is colonial country with same ideology, never being considered a threat to U. S. That is why Indian company will get government and defense Sub-contracts and Chinese companies can.

Therefore politically chinese will never be trusted in U. S.

Of course, race is another factor.
