I do not believe it since anyone can edit. Can you find a meaningful definitin of Ph. D.
In my understanding, a Ph. D should have the ability in his independently research, and have broad and deepth of view on some open problem and theory. A Ph. D should master all background info in his/her research area and has his/her own view and makes a significant contribution to the area. |
