USDA is equvi. to Ministry of Agriculture in Canada with the same regulatory principles, but independent approval regulatory rights only.
I have spent over ten yrs in agricultural/winery business on both NY, USA and Canada. Can you turn down the regulatory systems which I have mentioned? I hope China can learn from it. |
