自己培養的博士能得到海外一流大學的認可，才充分說明學校培養科研人才的能力，比吹自己學校多少本科生碩士生獲得海外教授職位有價值多了。本科生研究生只能說是培養了半成品，在學術上成才主要還是要歸功讀博士所在的大學。
