Mr. Liu has confirmed the results of his experiment on weighting the capactors again and obtained the 中國計量科學研究院測試證書. The significant of his result is that it is totally unexpected from the conventional theory that a charged capacitor would be ighter.

The is obviously against the interpretation the m = E/c**2. However, this is expected from a theory on the unification of gravity and electromagnetism as due to a charge-mass repulsive force.
