However, it is always dangerous to make 'global' conclusions by arguing locally. If we just compare west to east based on current status of two groups of people I agree that west is more advanced than east. But such comparisons only make sense {em locally} and {em in short term}. In the long run it becomes much more difficult and when you look at the such problems
