What is the optimal outcome of any exchange between two entities? lose-lose, win-lose, lose-win, or win-win?
Clearly, only win-win is the truly healthy and most desirable outcome.
What you said here, after removing the unfairly biased sentiment, simply reflects from a different angle the very fact that the international collaborations pushed for by IOP were proven to be highly successful.
It was based on a partnership of strength-to-strength, leading to the win-win outcome.
A question you should ask yourself is, how come you were not part of this partnership? lacking the strength, or due to some more profound deficiency on characteristics (as reflected by such attacking posts in the dark and behind someone's back)???
Please don't tell us that you simply refused to join such collaborative efforts when being approached, so as to maintain your higher moral standards as a 100% independent scholar...
