If you want to use the fact that Zhou's excellent papers [1, 2] are published in the Proceedings only to belittle him, be a man and say it directly. Or would you consider this as an exception?
I consider this fact is due to the editors of the journals have problems rather than Zhou. Please read Zhou's papers carefully.
