few big banks got the TARP money. Secondly, belive it or not, the banks didn't cry for it, actually the government kina forced them to accept it. The government can't afford they to die. Nobody can cry out of 1500B. Look at Lehman Brother, did it help with crying? which is a big mistake made by the government to let it go.
