美中兩國，風馬牛不相及。美國人的常識和中國人的常識完全不同，因此，不能用自己的常識作為對“政治、經濟、軍事………等社會問題的認知和判斷。

那位問了，難道美國人就不吃飯、不拉屎麼？吃喝拉撒睡，人都是一樣滴！靠，您問得有理，不過回答這個問題，無須在下兄弟我勞心費力了，我家的狗就可以代勞，只因豬狗在吃喝拉撒睡上和人一摸一樣。不僅如此，狗比習二中國人聰明，最起碼用不着“廁所革命”，也不用擦屁股紙。

中國人的常識建立在極為簡單的基礎之上，三句話，1、“黨政軍民學、東西南北中，黨是領導一切的”，2、尊於一腚、定於一尊，3、襠中央只有一隻鳥。

在美國常識二中，我們知道了《聯邦憲法》的作用：建立政府、定義政府、保障美國人基本權力。

三、《聯邦憲法》中表述“自己的政府”理念的最開頭、最重要的三個字是什麼？

答案：We the people

《聯邦憲法》一開始說：“我們美國人民，為了建立一個更完善的聯邦，樹立公平的司法制度，保障國內治安，籌設共同防衛，增進全民福利，是我們自己和後代子孫，永享自由的幸福，乃制定和確立這一部美國憲法。”

用We the people這三個字，聯邦憲法表述出是人民建立了政府。政府為人民工作並保障人民的權力。在美利堅合眾國，賦予政府的權力來自於人民。這被稱為“大眾政權”（popular sovereignty）

由人民選舉代表制定法律。

We the People

The Constitution says:

“We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.”

With the words “We the People,” the Constitution states that the people set up the government. The government works for the people and protects the rights of people. In the United States, the power to govern comes from the people, who are the highest power. This is called “popular sovereignty.” The people elect representatives to make laws.
