The issue for all those people (Shi and Tian) are they do not follow the rules.
Respecting the rules is more important than how you play. Clearly, Mr. Shi never learned anything in the US - too bad! But he surely has a big mouth and confidence. I am not blame him for writing that lousy article about democracy in China :-) |
